The growth of sports and sports facility pace is slow but Montgomery sports authorities and school authorities are giving their best efforts to improve the sports facilities and sportsmanship in the children and youth of the city. They are making youth a good athlete and sports person who can do well in regional level championships and may also represent their country at international level sports competitions.
Most of the schools in Montgomery have made participation of students in sports activities mandatory. they are spending big amount in improving Sports Facility In Schools and hiring sports faculty. They have started programs in which after school hours, every student have to participate and practice any of the offered sports once a week.
Montgomery sports authorities are also constructing new public sports complex for different sports to increase the passion of games in youths. Now the county has a Golf course, Football stadium, Multiplex sports stadium ,Soccer complex, Basketball court, Tennis Court, Softball park and racing fields.
There are many Sports And Physical Education Complex in the county that has seating capacity of more than the thousands people and indoor and open fields of different sports under one roof. Montgomery Physical Education Complex, Discovery Sports Center, Carmton Bowl Multiplex and Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex are some example of modern sports infrastructure in the county. Now the Sports facilities that the sports authorities and the local schools are providing in Montgomery will surely bear some fruitful results in near future in field of sports.
